If you are looking to climb one of the seven summits and want a real expedition feel to your trip then the North side could be for you.
The North is much harder then the South side of Mount Elbrus, but much far less people climb this side and the views are just stunning. why not 🏔⛰🌍

Mount Elbrus climb via the north route,

20th Aug - Day 1. Arrive at Mineralnye Vody airport. Our guide will meet you from your flight outside of the arrival hall. We will transfer the team to your hotel in city of Kislovodsk, it takes about 1 hour. We will check your equipment upon arrival to hotel and we will have dinner as a team in the hotel, with a few beers.

21st Aug - Day 2. We head off at about 7 in the morning. You may leave some bags in the storage room at hotel. The drive to the mountain takes about 3 hours. On the way there will be a stop for breakfast at a local cafe with traditional Caucasian pancakes. There will be a lunch waiting for us at the base camp and a great walk in surrounding area.

22nd Aug - Day 3. Today we'll carry some of the equipment to the high camp at 3800m and come back to base camp. The way up it takes about 4-5 hours and another 2 hours for the way down. You may want a porter if you don't want to carry your backpack self. That costs €3 per 1 kg.

23rd Aug - Day 4. Move to the high camp on Mount Elbrus. With the rest of equipment, we walk up to the high camp at 3800 m. Free time / take photos enjoy the mountains.

24th Aug - Day 5. Acclimatisation walk up to the Lenz Rocks (4800 m). This takes about 5-6 hours up and 2-3 hours down. Overnight at the high camp (3800 m).

25th Aug - Day 6. Day of rest at the high camp (3800 m). Today we will run through all the high altitude / climbing skills needed for a successful summit bid. Bed time at 8 p.m.

66th Aug - Day 7. Summit day. Light breakfast and start from the camp at about midnight
Normally, ascent of North side takes about 9 - 11 hours and descent to the high camp at 3800 m - 4-6 hours. Overnight at the high camp (3800 m).

27th Aug - Day 8. Descent to the base camp (2500 m) or reserve day summit bid.

28th Aug - Day 9. Transfer to our hotel in Kislovodsk. Celebration dinner / Vodka party.

29th Aug - Day 10. Transportation to the airport after breakfast. / Fight to the UK
